- ปริญญาตรีวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า
- มีความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมการผลิต งานด้านระบบคุณภาพ สถิติ การวางแผนการผลิต
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 1-5 ปี ด้านโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
- มีความรู้ด้าน ระบบ ISO 9001 GMP/ HACCP Food safety
- สามารถสื่อสารและเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษปานกลาง
- ผ่านระบบ TPM , ISO, Kaizen และกิจกรรม 5ส.
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลและควบคุมเครื่องจักร ( จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
