Senior System Analyst - T.N. DIGITAL SOLUTIONS CO., LTD.

We are seeking a Senior System Analyst to lead a team of System Analyst in delivering high-quality, complete, and implementable system designs. This role combines hands-on solution design with team leadership and governance, ensuring that all system designs fully cover business requirements and can be executed by development teams with minimal ambiguity.

The Senior SA acts as the owner of design completeness and quality, bridging architecture direction and actual system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and ensure all requirements are fully translated into complete and implementable system design, identifying gaps, edge cases, and risks

• Design end-to-end system solutions covering workflows, integration flows, API/message contracts, and data structures, ensuring alignment with architecture direction and technical feasibility

• Create and maintain key technical artifacts such as system flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, API specifications, and data models that can be directly used by development teams

• Own the completeness of solution design by ensuring all business requirements are fully covered and traceable within system design artifacts

• Review implementation outputs (API, data model, integration, configuration) to detect deviations early and minimize rework during development

• Define and enforce documentation standards, ensuring all services and features have consistent, complete, and maintainable documentation

• Lead and guide the System Analyst team by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and high-quality output

• Provide technical direction and decision-making support for solution design, resolving ambiguities and aligning teams on design approach

• Lead investigation of system issues related to business logic and design, ensuring correct root cause identification and defining corrective solutions
