Human Resource Officer - T.N. DIGITAL SOLUTIONS CO., LTD.

Key Responsibilities

·  Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions and ensure effective delivery against hiring requirements.

·  Proactively source, screen, and maintain a quality candidate pipeline for assigned vacancies.

·  Conduct candidate interviews and provide preliminary assessments to support hiring decisions.

·  Take ownership of recruitment activities, reporting, and timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders.

·  Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and support recruitment for Technology and Business roles.

·  Monitor recruitment challenges and provide observations or recommendations to improve hiring effectiveness.

·  Leverage digital tools and AI-assisted work practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and support continuous process improvement.

·  Support University Relations, Employer Branding, employee engagement, and other HR initiatives as part of the HR team.

Qualifications

·  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.

·  2-5 years of recruitment experience, with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment; experience in IT / Technology recruitment would be an advantage.

·  Able to independently handle sourcing, screening, and candidate interviews.

·  Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail, with good follow-up skills.

·  Good communication skills, with confidence to ask questions, share opinions, and collaborate with others.

·  Open-minded, willing to learn, and able to continuously improve through feedback and experience.
