Responsibilities
- Create and process PO accurately in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedule and etc.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare export documents: Invoice, Packing List and etc.
- Ensure all product codes and pricing are correct to prevent errors
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales report and summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, International Business or related field.
- 1-3 Years experience in Sales Admin or related roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good English communication
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage
- Detail-oriented, strong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure
Workday: Mon-Fri 08.00-17.00 (1Sat per month)
Work place: Maneeya Center Bld (near BTS Chidlom)
