Food Market Strategy Asst. Manager (Food / F&B / CPG) - Yamamori Trading Co.,Ltd.

• Develop and validate hypotheses regarding the future of the food industry (3-5 years out) by analyzing current market trends and data.
• Logically derive future market trends and identify target users for the next 3-5 years based on validated hypotheses, communicating findings to relevant departments.
• Monitor actual market results, identify discrepancies with initial hypotheses, and refine future predictions to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing (Product Planning Team and Label Production Team), Business Development, and Sales departments to ensure new product development and sales strategies align with envisioned future market trends and the company's brand image.
• Proactively influence cross-functional team members (Marketing, Business Development, Sales) with data-driven insights to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of sales and marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a global economist, market researcher, or strategist. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and logical thinking, with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management abilities, with a commitment to seeing tasks through to completion.
• Broad perspective and a high degree of integrity.
• Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC score > 700).
• High communication skills, with the ability to listen carefully to subordinates and motivate them.
• Proficiency in intermediate computer programs.
