Responsibilities
- Oversee daily polyester production processes.
- Manage production data and documentation related to polyester manufacturing.
- Provide training on polyester production procedures to shift workers.
- Participate in research and development initiatives for polyester processes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations within the production environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant engineering or technical field
- 0-2 years of experience; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage detailed tasks effectively under pressure and deadlines
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet, and email
- Proficiency in English
