Network Training Center Co., Ltd. (NTC) is looking for an IT & Application Support team member to support daily IT operations, maintain hardware, software, network systems, training room equipment, and assist with internal business applications. 

This role also includes supporting the adoption of AI tools and automation within the organization, such as using AI to improve work efficiency, assisting with basic AI workflow design, connecting automation tools, and helping internal teams apply AI to real working processes in a practical, secure, and appropriate way. 

This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, supporting users, learning new technologies, and working across infrastructure, software support, internal applications, and AI-enabled workflows. 

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including Windows, macOS, applications, printers, peripherals, and other IT equipment. 
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, network devices, internet connectivity, and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth daily operations. 
• Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, application, network, account, and access-related issues. 
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot company software, internal applications, training systems, and related platforms.
• Coordinate with external IT providers or vendors to maintain, improve, design, or develop applications and IT systems. 
• Understand the company’s business processes and support IT applications used in daily operations. 
• Assist in basic programming, script writing, data handling, system configuration, or application support when required. 
• Support software installation, software updates, version control, license management, and software inventory records.
• Set up new user accounts, profiles, email accounts, access permissions, and resolve password-related issues. 
• Plan and perform scheduled maintenance, system updates, upgrades, backups, and IT equipment checks. 
• Diagnose technical problems by communicating with users to understand the issue and provide appropriate solutions. 
• Repair IT equipment, replace parts, and coordinate with vendors for maintenance or warranty claims when necessary. 
• Check computer equipment and training room devices to ensure readiness, safety, and proper operation. 
• Prepare, arrange, and order IT equipment required for classrooms, training rooms, internal teams, and business operations. 
• Support incident management, problem management, and change management processes. 
• Document IT support cases, maintenance records, software licenses, asset inventory, and related IT activities. 
• Stay up to date with new technologies, software tools, cybersecurity awareness, AI tools, automation tools, and IT support trends. 
• Support the use of AI tools within the organization, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools related to daily work. 
• Assist in designing, testing, and improving basic AI workflows or automation workflows to enhance internal team productivity. 
• Coordinate with internal teams or vendors to implement AI tools, automation tools, or new applications into company workflows. 
• Prepare user guides, instructions, or best-practice guidelines for using AI tools appropriately, securely, and in line with company policies. 
• Support basic data connection between applications, cloud services, automation platforms, or AI workflows when required. 
• Test, monitor, and troubleshoot basic workflow, script, integration, or automation issues used within the organization. 
• Provide basic guidance to internal users on effective AI usage, such as prompt writing, reviewing AI-generated results, and avoiding the disclosure of confidential company information. 

Qualifications

• Thai nationality only. 
• Male, age not over 30 years old. Candidates should be energetic, service-minded, and willing to learn. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Development, or a related field. 
• 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk Support, Technical Support, System Support, Application Support, or related roles. 
• Strong basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, software, networking, and IT troubleshooting. 
• Good understanding of Windows, macOS, mobile devices, cloud services, user accounts, applications, and IT-related systems. 
• Able to support software installation, software configuration, application troubleshooting, and basic system administration. 
• Basic programming knowledge is required, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Python, SQL, or other programming/scripting languages. 
• Able to read basic code, understand application logic, troubleshoot simple software issues, or coordinate with developers/vendors effectively. 
• Interested in and familiar with basic AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or other AI tools. 
• Able to use AI tools to support document preparation, research, summarization, basic analysis, or IT support tasks. 
• Basic understanding of AI workflows, automation workflows, or system integration using tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools will be an advantage. 
• Able to write effective prompts and review AI-generated results with critical thinking. 
• Basic understanding of data privacy, confidential information, and precautions when using AI with organizational data. 
• Experience in workflow automation, chatbot development, internal tools, dashboards, scripts, or internal productivity systems will be an advantage. 
• Good problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. 
• Service-minded, responsible, well-organized, and able to communicate clearly with users. 
• Willing to learn new technologies and improve skills in infrastructure, software support, application support, AI tools, and automation. 
• Experience with Cisco equipment, networking devices, IT training room setup, application support, or automation tools will be an advantage.
