Responsibilities
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and documentation.
- Assist in organizing sales campaigns, events, or client visits
- Handle general inquiries from customers and redirect complex issues to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain customer records and track interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand testing capabilities and align proposals accordingly
- Ensure timely communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Provide regular updates to the sales team regarding customer feedback, leads, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
- Additional background in Business Administration or Marketing is advantageous.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service role (preferably in the food or testing industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
