Senior Operation Coordinator (Yearly Contract) - Intertek Testing Services (Thailand) Ltd.

1. Report Finalization & Documentation:

• Check and finalize testing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in preparing datasheets and grouping samples for laboratory testing.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal procedures and customer requirements.

2. Testing Process Coordination:

• Learn and understand customer test standards and specifications.
• Monitor testing schedules to ensure completion within agreed turnaround time (TAT).
• Report any delays or issues to the Supervisor promptly.

3. Customer Communication & Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding testing progress and results.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.
• Handle special customer requests in coordination with internal teams

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, majoring in Chemistry.

Experience / Special Requirements:

• Experienced in third-party laboratory customer service and report finalization, preferably related to food contact materials.
• Knowledge or experience in implementing ISO/IEC 17025 is preferred.

Job Competencies:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good time management and prioritization ability to meet agreed TAT.
• Good command of English (reading and writing).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
