Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Client Relations
• Plan, evaluate, and manage engineering projects from end to end.
• Prepare comprehensive test plans and collaborate directly with customers to establish realistic project schedules.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact, handling customer inquiries and updating clients on project progress, test results, procedures, and complex technical questions.
• Review completed project files and final testing reports generated by Test Engineers to ensure technical accuracy before client delivery.

2. Testing Execution & Facility Development
• Set up advanced testing equipment and conduct rigorous performance and safety tests per assignments, following strict testing procedures and international standards.
• Accurately record raw data on data sheets, analyze testing results, issue clear statements of conformity, and compile complete, professional test reports.
• Study new or complex international standards to support the setup of new testing facilities, methodologies, or specialized product lines.
• Assist managers and supervisors in drafting and upgrading standard testing procedures, and recommend necessary equipment or facility purchases.
3. Supervision & Team Leadership
• Supervise, guide, and train laboratory technicians on precise test procedures, technical methods, and safe testing operations.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Major in Electrical, Electronics, Instrument, Mechanical, or a related engineering field).
  • More than 5 years of solid working experience in engineering fields.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong self-learning skills, high stress tolerance when dealing with tight deadlines, and strategic thinking capabilities for project evaluation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent Communication both Thai and English, Teamwork, and a highly reliable and committed work ethic.
  • Technical Excellence:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to deduce statements of conformity from raw testing data.
  • Strong, proven familiarity with International Standards for the safety and performance of Air Conditioners (HVAC).
  • Others : able to travel in both Thai and Other countries.
