Scientist (Food - Nutrition & Regulations) - Intertek Testing Services (Thailand) Ltd.

• Conduct laboratory testing and analysis on various samples, including food, water, and wastewater, adhering to established methods and standards.
• Prepare Thai food labeling and claims by calculating nutrition facts, designing Nutrition Information Panel (NIP) panels, and verifying claims in accordance with Ministry of Public Health Notification (No. 445) B.E. 2566.
• Develop export labeling by converting units, calculating nutritional facts, and formatting labels to meet international market requirements (e.g., US FDA, China GB, EU).
• Monitor and interpret evolving regulatory guidelines from authorities such as the Thai FDA, US FDA, and EFSA.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Nutrition Labeling and Food Regulations.
• Strong understanding of global food regulations, including US FDA, EU, and China standards.
• Excellent English language proficiency, particularly for legal and regulatory interpretation.
• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and high accuracy in calculations.
