Responsibilities
- Identify training needs, create annual training plans and request for budgets
- Plan, organize, and deliver internal and external training programs
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness
- Coordinate career development and competency development
- Support organizational culture and employee engagement projects
- Set and update job descriptions of each position
- Set standard competency for each position
- Maintain compliance of documents with ISO systems
Qualifications
- Any gender
- Age not over 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in HR development and training
- Working level of English communication skills
- Able to use basic computer programs
- Strong communication skills
