Responsibilities
- จัดทำเงินเดือน ค่าล่วงเวลา เงินได้เงินหัก และอื่นๆด้านงาน Payroll
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงาน Time Attendance รวมถึงข้อมูลการเข้างาน ลางาน และทำงานล่วงเวลา
- ดูแลงานด้านสวัสดิการพนักงาน เช่น แจ้งเข้า-ออกประกันสังคม ประกันสุขภาพ และสิทธิประโยชน์อื่น ๆ
- ประสานงานและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมภายในองค์กร เช่น งานเลี้ยงปีใหม่ การฝึกอบรม และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมองค์กร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและนอกบริษัทฯ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง/ชาย อายุระหว่าง 25–30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ การจัดการ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน HR หรือฝ่ายอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านค่าแรงรายวัน หรือสามารถใช้โปรแกรม B-Plus ได้ *จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ*
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้ดี โดยเฉพาะ Excel และ Word
- มีความสามารถในการใช้งานเครื่องมือหรือโปรแกรม AI ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงาน HR *จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ*
