Responsibilities
1. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องครบถ้วนของเอกสารการเบิกค่าใช้จ่าย และบันทึกบัญชีรายการตั้งหนี้ค่าใช้จ่ายของบริษัท
2. ติดตามใบเสร็จรับเงิน เมื่อบริษัททำการจ่ายชำระเรียบร้อยแล้ว เพื่อความครบถ้วนของเอกสาร
3. บันทึกบัญชีเงินสดย่อย
4. คำนวณค่านายหน้าของพนักงานขายและพนักงานบริการ ประจำรายไตรมาส
5. บันทึกข้อมูลเจ้าหนี้ และจัดเก็บเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน
6. จัดทำรายงานและกระทบยอดรายการบัญชีทุกประเภทที่เกี่ยวข้อง และจัดเตรียมรายละเอียดประกอบการลงบัญชีประจำเดือน
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีและภาษีอากร อย่างน้อย 2 ปีขึ้นไป (หากเคยทำงานบริษัทมหาชนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ กระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ติดต่อประสานงานได้เป็นอย่างดี
- ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันหรือเวลาที่จำกัด
- มีประสบการณ์ใช้งานโปรแกรม SAP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
