Responsibilities
- ขายสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทให้กับทั้งลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่
- จัดเตรียมข้อมูลลูกค้าที่จะไปเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการของบริษัท
- จัดเตรียมสื่อสำหรับนำเสนอขายสินค้าและบริการ ใบเสนอราคา และสัญญาในการซื้อขาย
- ประสานงานเรื่องการจัดส่งสินค้ากับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าตรงเวลา
- ติดตามทวงถามการชำระเงินค่าสินค้าจากลูกค้า
- ดูแล ให้บริการลูกค้าตลอดการขาย และติดตามผลหลังการขาย
- สร้างและดูแลรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าเก่าและผู้ที่อาจเป็นลูกค้าใหม่ในอนาคต
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า เช่น ช่วยลูกค้าระบุปัญหา และช่วยหาทางแก้ไขให้ลูกค้า
- จัดเตรียมรายงานสถานะต่างๆ ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา เช่น รานงานกิจกรรมด้านการขายที่ทำ การปิดการขาย การติดตามผลหลังติดต่อลูกค้า รายงานสถานะแผนงานต่อเป้าหมาย ฯลฯ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการขาย การตลาด คอมพิเตอร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานขายอย่างน้อย 1 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ขายด้านโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมและโรงพยาบาลจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการขาย ความรู้เกี่ยวกับสินค้า/อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์
- มีทักษะการนำเสนอการขาย มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
- บุคลิกภาพดี มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีใจรักงานบริการ
