Responsibilities
- พบลูกค้าร่วมกับทีมฝ่ายขาย ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้า และหาข้อเสนอให้กับลูกค้าด้านเทคนิค
- สนับสนุนงานหลังการขายในการแก้ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ที่ทีมขายได้ทำการขายให้กับลูกค้า
- ประสานงานรวมทั้งให้คำปรึกษากับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายใน และภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้ทุกหน่วยงานเข้าใจแผนงาน และดำเนินงานอย่างถูกต้อง
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการให้ผู้บริหาร และงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ตรวจสอบระยะเวลาในการดำเนินงานต่างๆให้สอดคล้องกับสัญญา
- จัดทำเอกสารต่างๆ และติดตามงานให้ได้ตามแผนงานที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาไฟฟ้า, อิเล็คทรอนิกส์, เครื่องกล, เมคคาทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่มีประสบการณ์ตรง
- มีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 6 เดือนขึ้นไป ในขายหรือซ่อมบำรุงดูแล รถยกตู้สินค้า (Reach Stacker, Empty Container Handler), หรือรถโฟล์คลิฟท์ขนาดใหญ่ (Heavy duty Forklift), หรือรถเครน-รถปั้นจั่นยกตู้สินค้า (MHC, STS, RTG, RMG), หรือเครน-ปั้นจั่นเหนือศีรษะ (Electrical Overhead Crane), หรือระบบยกสินค้ารวมทั้งลิฟท์, หรือระบบควบคุมมอเตอร์, หรือเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ระบบเครื่องยนต์และระบบไฮดรอลิก, หรือระบบกลไกการทำงานของเครื่องจักรกลหนัก ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม หรือในท่าเรือ เป็นต้น
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Project)
- มีทักษะสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ (เขียน อ่าน พูด) ได้ดี และถ้าสามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารประสานงานที่ดี
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- สามารถเดินทางปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่หรือปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัดเป็นครั้งคราวได้
- มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์ และมีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
