Responsibilities
• ตรวจทานและให้คำปรึกษาด้านการออกแบบระบบเครือข่ายแก่ส่วนงานนำเสนอระบบ (Presales)
• ตรวจทานและยืนยันจำนวนทรัพยากรที่ใช้ในการติดตั้งและพัฒนาระบบเครือข่าย เพื่อให้ได้ปริมาณทรัพยากรที่ต้องใช้จริง ก่อนการนำเสนอราคาแก่ลูกค้า โดยผ่านทางส่วนนำเสนอระบบ (Presales) และส่วนงานขาย
• ควมคุบการปฏิบัติงานติดตั้ง พัฒนาระบบ ของทีมงานฝ่ายวิศวกรรมระบบ โดยให้เป็นไปตามขอบเขต งบประมาณ เวลา และให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
• สามารถส่งมอบสินค้า ระบบ เอกสารส่งงาน ให้กับลูกค้าภายหลังเสร็จกระบวนการติดตั้ง พัฒนาระบบ
• ให้บริการติดตั้งและส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าได้ตามขอบเขตโดยอยู่ในงบประมาณ เวลาที่ทางบริษัทได้นำเสนอ
• เป็นที่ปรึกษาในการพัฒนาระบบ หรือต่อยอดการพัฒนาเพื่อรองรับการทำงานในระดับองค์กรของลูกค้าที่ต้องมีความต่อเนื่อง สัมพันธ์และปลอดภัย
• ดำเนินการให้ลูกค้าประเมินผลความพึงพอใจในการให้บริการ
• ศึกษาข้อมูล สินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ อยู่เสมอ
• พัฒนาทักษะ ความสามารถของผลิตภัณฑ์และระบบให้สอดคล้องกับสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ รวมถึงเทคโนโลยีและความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
• เป็นผู้นำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ หรือระบบที่ทันสมัย และเป็นที่ต้องการของลูกค้าแก่เพื่อนร่วมงานและผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
• เพศ : ชาย หรือ หญิง
• อายุ(ปี) : 25 ปีขึ้นไป
• จบปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านเทคนิค System Engineer, VMware and Implement, Infrastructure หรือระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจด้านระบบ Infrastructure System, VMware, Storage และ Network
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในสาย Business Analyst หรือ Systems Analyst ยินดีรับพิจารณา
• มีความรับผิดชอบและความละเอียดรอบคอบ
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ระดับพื้นฐาน
