Senior Sales Consultant (WMS) - OGA International Co., Ltd

• Delivered Sales Target
• Identify and pursue Sales Opportunities in the Thailand Market for Infios WMS
• Develop and manage client relationships
• Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Confidently articulate, present, and demonstrate the business value of Infios’s application solutions for warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Present solutions in a way that clearly differentiates Infios from the competition.
• Work with sales and implementation teams to determine potential solution fit.
• Use existing product solution presentations of Infios solutions that reinforce OGA’s and Infios’s value proposition that drive business transformation with the prospective customer.
• Participate in meetings and interviews with prospects to gather and understand their business’s requirements and technical environments. Resolve technical and product functionality questions.
• Work with Product Management / Marketing on competitor information, industry analysis, technology, and market trends.
• Work with Professional Services on deal progression, expectations, statement of works, and transition post-sale.
• Maintain industry, market, and product knowledge, as well as stay abreast of competitors’ products, technology, and offerings. Further, maintain knowledge of the evolution of appropriate technology.
• Follow sales rules of engagement and activity reporting as required.
• Articulate the Infios technology vision & strategy in tandem with solution offerings
• Become proficient in Sales for other Infios products as required.

• Minimum of 3-5 years’ Sales experience in a reputed WMS/ERP Application is preferred.
• Domain expertise in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution Industries.
• Additional experience on WMS (Warehouse Management System) as a Sales or Consultant would be beneficial.
• Experience, good understanding, and knowledge of warehousing operations/process, material handling systems, and labor/task management
• Experience selling Enterprise Software applications/solutions in multiple industries.
• As a Sales, good leadership and mentoring skills will be required to help contribute to account/opportunity strategies.
• Knowledge of positioning and selling Cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in solution consulting, although relevant product knowledge from an implementation or project-related perspective.
• Expert knowledge on end-to-end processes analysis and solution alignment
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in Thai/English verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS Visio experience

Desired

• A tertiary qualification in a business-related field is preferred.
• Experience with Infios technologies may be an advantage, although experience with similar ERP solutions will also be considered.
• Knowledge of RF, RFID, and Windows Mobile applications is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, including MS SQL Server, Word, Visio, Excel, Outlook, and HTML.
