Responsibilities
บริหารการขาย
- วางแผนกลยุทธ์ในการดําเนินงาน
- ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ ควบคุมการบริหารงานต่าง ๆ
- ให้คําปรึกษาแนะนําแก่ผู้บริหารในสายงานบังคับบัญชา
บริหารลูกค้า
บริหารลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์แนวโน้มตลาด ดูแลลูกค้าที่มีอยู่ตลอดจนหาลูกค้าใหม่ๆ - วางแนวทางในการปฏิบัติเพื่อกําหนดยอดขาย และขยายฐานการ ลูกค้าให้มากขึ้น
- ดูแล สร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดี กับพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจทุกช่องทาง
- บริหารจัดการการชําระเงินของลูกค้า ให้มีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด
บริหารการสั่งซือและสต๊อกสินค้า
- วางแผน Forecast สินค้าตามกลุ่มให้มีประสิทธิภาพและแม่นยํา
บริหารแผนก
- พิจารณาอนุมัติแผนงานประมาณการใช้จ่ายภายในฝ่าย รวมทั้ง วางแผน ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการใช้จ่ายให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณ
- กําหนดนโยบายและแผนงานของฝ่ายให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบาย และแผนงานของบริษัท
พัฒนาบุคลากร
- ส่งเสริมพัฒนาความรู้ความสามารถ และศักยภาพของพนักงาน
เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพขององค์กร
- จัดสรรทรัพยากรขององค์กรและหน่วยงานให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด
Qualifications
- ระดับการศึกษาขั้นต่ํา ป.ตรี
- คณะสาขาจาก การตลาด/การขาย/บริหารธุรกิจ/คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์ขายสินค้าไอทีอย่างน้อย 18 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ขายสินค้าไอทีอย่างน้อย 18 ปี
- ผ่านงานบริหารงานขายไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์ IT ในส่วน AutoID หรือกลุ่มสินค้า Printer และ อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพดีและมีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี
- ขับรถยนต์ได้และมีรถยนต์เป็นของตนเอง
- มีประกาศนียบัตร/ใบรับรองทางวิชาชีพ/ใบอนุญาต (Certification/Licensing)
