Responsibilities
- วางแผนและจัดตารางการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักรประจำเดือนสำหรับลูกค้าที่มีสัญญาบำรุงรักษาและเครื่องจักรที่อยู่ภายใต้การรับประกัน
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบริการ (SLA) และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
- ควบคุมกระบวนการเบิก-คืนอะไหล่และการยืมสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่กำหนดอย่างสมบูรณ์
- ควบคุมและบริหารจัดการงบประมาณสำหรับหน่วยงาน Field Service
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนด้านบริการของลูกค้า และติดตามผลการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างใกล้ชิด
- พัฒนาและเพิ่มพูนความรู้ด้านการทำงานให้แก่บุคลากรในแผนก
- ศึกษาข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ทั้งด้านเทคนิค และจัดฝึกอบรมภายในแผนก
Qualifications
- ประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการทีมงานในแผนกบริการ
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการและโครงการติดตั้งเครื่องจักร รวมถึงความสามารถในการวางแผนโครงการและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
- ทักษะการวางแผนและจัดตารางการทำงานสำหรับทีมงาน
- ความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ความสามารถในการควบคุมงบประมาณ
