Responsibilities
- นำเสนอสินค้าและบริการด้าน IT ของบริษัทแก่ลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่
- รวบรวมและจัดเตรียมข้อมูลลูกค้าเพื่อนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการ
- จัดทำสื่อนำเสนอการขาย ใบเสนอราคา และเอกสารสัญญาซื้อขาย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าลูกค้าจะได้รับสินค้าตรงเวลา
- ติดตามและทวงถามการชำระเงินค่าสินค้าจากลูกค้า
- ให้บริการและดูแลลูกค้าตลอดกระบวนการขาย รวมถึงติดตามผลหลังการขาย
- สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าในอนาคต
- สร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้าด้วยการระบุปัญหาและนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- จัดทำรายงานสถานะต่างๆ เช่น รายงานกิจกรรมการขาย การปิดการขาย การติดตามลูกค้า และความคืบหน้าของแผนงานเทียบกับเป้าหมาย
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 – 35 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในงานขายด้าน IT
- มีความกระตือรือร้น มั่นใจในศักยภาพของตนเอง และพร้อมรับความท้าทายในการทำงาน
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอข้อมูล และมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพดีและมีใจรักงานบริการ
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและสามารถใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานได้
