Responsibilities
1. Contact vendors for purchasing materials.
2. Track product delivery and coordinate with agencies involved in importing products. If the goods are defective or not what you ordered, file a claim with the vendor.
3. Each week, update product inventory and assess orders for raw materials.
4. Report product issues and collaborate with suppliers to find solutions.
5. Coordinate with related departments to smoothly operate.
6. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A good command of English is required.
- Science courses will receive significant attention.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet)
- Good skills in Time Management and Personal Soft skills.
- Strong negotiation skills, good coordinator capable of working hard, proactive, and quickly responsible.
