Responsibilities
1.ให้บริการผู้ที่มาติดต่อสถาบันฯ ทั้งหน้าเคาน์เตอร์ ทางโทรศัพท์ และ Social Media
2.ให้คำปรึกษา วางแผน ด้านการศึกษาต่อ โปรแกรมอินเตอร์ จุฬาฯ และธรรมศาสตร์ และดูแลการสมัครสอบให้นักเรียนของสถาบันฯ
3.ให้คำปรึกษา วางแผน และแนะนำการลงทะเบียนคอร์สเรียนและกิจกรรมของสถาบันฯ
4.แนะนำวิธีการเตรียมตัวและการยื่น Admission โปรแกรมอินเตอร์ จุฬาฯ และธรรมศาสตร์
5.ติดต่อและประสานงานกับอาจารย์ นักเรียน และผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนที่เรียนกับสถาบันฯ
6.ติดต่อและประสานงานกับองค์กรและสถาบันการศึกษาภายนอก รวมถึงองค์กรที่จัดสอบทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
7.สร้างบรรยากาศการเรียนที่ดีในสถาบันฯ และสนับสนุนให้นักเรียนมีกำลังใจในการเรียน
8.สนับสนุนผู้บริหารด้านงานธุรการ ความสัมพันธ์ภายในองค์กรระหว่างนักเรียนกับอาจารย์ รวมถึงงานด้านการตลาด
Qualifications
1.สัญชาติไทย
2.วุฒิปวส. - ปริญญาตรีในทุกสาขา
3.สามารถทำงานเป็นกะและวันเสาร์-อาทิตย์ได้
4.มีความรับผิดชอบ รักในงานบริการ มุ่งมั่น และมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี
5.สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
6.มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารและติดต่อประสานงานสูง อัธยาศัยไมตรีดี และชอบพบปะผู้คน
7.สามารถรับมือกับความกดดันและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
8.สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ปฏิบัติงานได้เป็นอย่างดี: Microsoft Office and Social Networking Sites
9.มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่โรงเรียนกวดวิชาหรือสถาบันการศึกษา จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
