QA/ QC Analyst - AJETHAI Co., Ltd.

• Control the quality of raw materials (preforms and caps)
• Inspect physical properties such as weight, dimensions, thickness, color, and durability
• Conduct leakage tests on caps and bottles after forming
• Check the cleanliness of preforms and caps
• Perform in-process quality control during production
• Collect samples and analyze results
• Take samples according to the sampling plan
• Record inspection results and prepare reports
• Propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurring issues

• 25–35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Polymer Science, Industrial Engineering, Science and Technology, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in QA/QC packaging within the food or beverage industry (experience with preforms or caps is a plus)
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Able to use measuring tools such as thickness gauges, color or haze meters for preforms, Vernier calipers, and micrometers
• Good computer literacy with strong Microsoft Office skills
• Able to work in shifts or overtime
• Able to commute to work independently

The first plant is in Amatanakorn, Chonburi and more are planned to set up in Northeast, South and Upper-Central.
