Distribution Planner (Modern Trade) - AJETHAI Co., Ltd.

• Plan and manage product distribution to distribution centers and Modern Trade customers based on demand forecasts and sales trends
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability, minimizing stock-outs and overstock situations
• Coordinate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Warehouse teams to align and execute distribution plans
• Analyze forecast vs. actual sales and adjust distribution strategies to improve accuracy and efficiency
• Identify and resolve distribution issues, including delays, shortages, and excess inventory
• Prepare and present KPI reports on inventory levels, stock availability, service levels, and overall distribution performance
• Support new product launches (NPD) by planning initial stock allocation and distribution

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in distribution planning, supply chain, or logistics (FMCG experience preferred)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP and Data Analysis)
• Good understanding of demand planning and inventory management
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills in Thai and English

The first plant is in Amatanakorn, Chonburi and more are planned to set up in Northeast, South and Upper-Central.
