Safety Officer ( Samutprakarn Branch) - Fuji Seal Packaging (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

• Monitor and inspect workplace safety conditions and employee practices to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
• Record and report incidents, accidents, and near misses; assist in root cause investigations and recommend preventive actions.
• Participate in risk assessments and support the implementation of safety control measures.
• Maintain documentation and records related to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems, and prepare monthly safety reports for supervisors.
• Ensure proper use and availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), and provide guidance to employees on correct usage.
• Conduct safety training and instruction to ensure employees perform their duties without risks to safety and health.
• Conduct safety orientation and training for new employees, and assist in organizing safety promotion activities.
• Conduct or collaborate with licensed individuals or organizations to monitor and evaluate workplace environmental conditions in accordance with occupational health and safety laws or related regulations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Maintenance, Production, and Environment teams, to support effective safety operations.
• Perform regular inspections of fire protection systems and participate in annual fire drills and emergency evacuation training.
• Perform other or occupational safety-related tasks as assigned.

General qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or Qualified Professional Safety Officer by Law.
• Certified as a Professional Safety Officer in accordance with Thai law.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a safety officer role within a manufacturing environment from manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of chemical hazard management, HSE laws and regulations, ISO14001 and ISO 45001 and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills, able to report on safety and environmental data and able to report on safety and environmental data.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing.
