หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- ตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความผิดปกติของเครื่องจักร (ก่อนและหลังเสีย)
- ดูแลและบริหารสต็อกอะไหล่ให้เพียงพอ
- วางแผนและกำหนดความเร่งด่วนของงานซ่อม / PM
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพเครื่องจักร
- ประสานงานและรายงานผลกับทีมซ่อมบำรุง
- สนับสนุนงาน PM และติดตั้งเครื่องจักรใหม่
- อบรมพนักงานให้สามารถตรวจจับปัญหาเครื่องจักร
- ปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรเพื่อลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มคุณภาพ

- Machine Control & Maintenance
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities before breakdown (preventive) and during breakdown
- Define basic specifications for spare parts (e.g., material, lubricant type)
- Manage spare parts stock to support production
- Prioritize machine issues (urgent repair vs. planned maintenance)
- Analyze machine performance and work with Maintenance team to improve PM plans
- Coordinate and attend weekly/monthly meetings to track maintenance performance
- Support engineers during preventive maintenance and new machine installation
- Prepare reports on machine performance and installation
- Process Improvement
- Train operators to detect machine abnormalities
- Reduce spare part costs while maintaining quality
- Improve or modify machine parts to solve quality issues
- Work with Process Engineer Team (PE) to reduce manpower through machine improvement
- Modify or adapt machine parts with suppliers (e.g., apply parts across different machine brands)
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาเมคคาทรอนิกส์ / เครื่องกล หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านเครื่องจักรและการซ่อมบำรุง (PM/TPM)
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวางแผนงานได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบและทำงานเชิงป้องกันได้ดี
- ใช้ AutoCAD ได้
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบรรจุภัณฑ์พลาสติก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- Basic knowledge of machine structure and operation
- Understanding of Preventive Maintenance (PM) or TPM
- Ability to analyze data and improve machine performance
- Good planning and task prioritization skills
- Proactive mindset (focus on prevention rather than fixing problems)
- Able to use AutoCAD
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Experience in plastic packaging industry is a plus
