Company Business:
We are a packaging industry company specializing in shrink sleeve labels, pressure-sensitive labels, spouted pouches, and label application systems. Our group is headquartered in Japan and operates in Thailand.
Number of employees: 1,000
Working Location: R&D Department, Sinsakhon Factory, Samutsakhon
Working Hour: 08:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
(Location Sinsakhon factory)
- Conduct research and develop new products, as well as improve existing products
- Design, test, and validate products and processes to meet specifications and customer requirements
- Coordinate with sale department, customers and related engineers to conduct trial run and do machine validation with customers for the new product development or important projects.
- Analyze production issues and propose effective solutions
- Prepare and control technical documents such as BOM, drawings, and work instructions
- Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, and related departments to ensure project timelines are met
- Set up and optimize machine conditions for product trials and production
- Collect, analyze, and summarize data from experiments and trials
- Provide technical support to internal teams and customers when required
- Stay updated with new technologies and apply them to product and process development

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ (Job Responsibilities) - วิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ รวมถึงปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์เดิม
- ออกแบบ ทดสอบ และตรวจสอบผลิตภัณฑ์/กระบวนการให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและความต้องการลูกค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายขาย ลูกค้า และวิศวกรที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อทำ Trial และทดสอบเครื่องจักรร่วมกับลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิต และเสนอแนวทางแก้ไข
- จัดทำและควบคุมเอกสารทางเทคนิค เช่น BOM, แบบ Drawing และ Work Instruction
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต QA/QC และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
- ตั้งค่าและปรับปรุงสภาวะเครื่องจักรสำหรับการทดลองและการผลิต
- เก็บรวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสรุปผลข้อมูลจากการทดลอง
- ให้การสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคแก่ทีมภายในและลูกค้า
- ติดตามเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ และนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนา
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
- Basic knowledge of product design, testing, and engineering analysis
- Ability to read technical drawings and data sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); knowledge of CAD (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Responsible and able to work under pressure
- Experience in R&D or manufacturing is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome
