Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing activities and campaigns.
- Create content and ideas for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage and update company social media channels.
- Prepare marketing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with overseas teams, partners, and vendors in English.
- Coordinate and support Events, Exhibitions, Seminars, and Workshops.
- Support B2B marketing activities and coordinate with internal departments.
- Manage work schedules, priorities, and deadlines.
- Explore new marketing trends, digital tools, and AI tools to improve work efficiency.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in B2B Marketing or Technology business is an advantage.
- Good command of English for business communication and email correspondence.
- Able to create Content and develop Social Media ideas independently.
- Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Good presentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Experience coordinating Events, Exhibitions, Seminars, or Workshops.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Creative, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn new technologies and use AI tools to support work.
- Experience with Canva or basic video editing is an advantage.
