Responsibilities
- Supervise all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities within production operations.
- Maintain the business management system (ISO9001/IATF16949) as the designated Management Representative (MR).
- Promote awareness of customer requirements and ensure effective, timely responses to customer feedback.
- Ensure consistent supplier quality that meets both company and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
- Proficiency in ISO9001/TS or IATF16949 and automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Good command of English.
- Computer literacy.
