Responsibilities

  • Arrange company transportation and coordinate with company drivers.
  • Supervise and manage support service staff, including drivers and cooks.
  • Provide administrative and personal support to Japanese management, including guest reception, hotel reservations, and expense management.
  • Manage factory operational expenses such as meal costs, transportation services, telephone expenses, and photocopying machine expenses.
  • Perform other assigned duties, including serving as secretary for shift leader meetings and participating as a member of the safety committee.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Political Science, Human Resource management, Administration management or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in in General Affairs, General Administration or related
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Good attitude, Human relations and Document management.
