Responsibilities
- Request quotation purchase orders as requisitions.
- Sourcing new source of material
- Negotiation and follow up with supplier to comply delivery schedule.
- Control and follow up sample, chemical and material for new production for domestic market.
- Send Quality information/GMP report to supplier.
- Issue purchase order.
- Issue document for advance payment. (if any)
- Collect the daily document to supervisor.
- Control and collect document for sale out fixed asset and general waste.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Logistics, Management or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in purchasing.
- Good computer in Microsoft Office, and others etc.
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
- Good command in English.
- Attention to details.
- Exhaustive.
- Ethics of work.
- Honest and transparent
