Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct requirement workshops and interviews with business users.
Prepare simple functional specifications, and process flows.
Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in ERP enhancement and implementation projects.
Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams.
Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, ERP Systems, Process Improvement, Data Analytics, or System Implementation Projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Able to communicate English (written and spoken).
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) - preferred.
Experience with Power BI or similar Business Intelligence tools - preferred.
Basic knowledge of SQL - preferred.
