Responsibilities
- คำนวณเงินเดือน OT เบี้ยเลี้ยง ค่าคอมมิชชัน และรายการหักต่าง ๆ ของพนักงานกว่า 200 คน ผ่านระบบ HumanOS จัดทำไฟล์โอนเงินและสลิปเงินเดือน
- คำนวณค่าจ้างพนักงานพ้นสภาพ ค่าชดเชย และเงินแทนการบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า
- ยื่นแบบ ภ.ง.ด.1 รายเดือน จัดทำ ภ.ง.ด.1ก และหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย (50 ทวิ) รวมถึงภาษีพนักงานชาวต่างชาติ
- ยื่น สปส.1-10 รายเดือน แจ้งเข้า แจ้งออก และประสานงานสิทธิประโยชน์ประกันสังคม
- นำส่งและกระทบยอดเงินกองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพรายเดือน
- จัดทำรายงานค่าใช้จ่ายบุคลากรให้ฝ่ายบัญชี สนับสนุนการปรับเงินเดือนประจำปี โบนัส และการตรวจสอบบัญชี
Qualifications
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ บัญชี บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Payroll อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ยื่น ภ.ง.ด.1 และประกันสังคมรายเดือนด้วยตนเอง
- มีความรู้ พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองแรงงาน และประมวลรัษฎากรด้านภาษีเงินได้
- พร้อมเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ
- ใช้ Excel ได้ดี (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- ละเอียด แม่นยำตัวเลข ทำงานทันกำหนด
- ซื่อสัตย์ รักษาความลับข้อมูลพนักงาน
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษพอใช้ อ่านเขียนอีเมลได้
