Responsibilities
ดำเนินการออกใบสั่งซื้อ ผ่านระบบของทางบริษัท
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้าที่มาส่ง ณ สำนักงาน
ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้และเอกสารเรียกเก็บเงิน โดยเทียบกับใบสั่งซื้อเพื่อจัดเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการชำระเงิน
บันทึกข้อมูลการรับสินค้าเข้าสู่ระบบอย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำและให้สอดคล้องกับเอกสารอ้างอิง
ประสานงานและติดต่อสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานภายในและซัพพลายเออร์ภายนอก เรื่องสถานะการจัดส่งและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
จัดเก็บและบริหารจัดการเอกสารให้เป็นระบบ
ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
Having 1-3 years of experience in Billing documents and Administration work.
Computer literacy e.g. MS Excel, Words
Fair command of English in reading, writing and speaking
Proactive, Timely, Accuracy, Service mind, positive attitude, self-motivation, and effective communication skills
