Responsibilities
จัดทำเอกสารธุรการและสรุปรายการค่าใช้จ่ายของสาขา
ต้อนรับลูกค้าและผู้ติดต่อ รับโทรศัพท์ และประสานงานกับหัวหน้าสาขา
จัดทำใบเสนอราคาตามคำแนะนำหัวหน้าสาขา ติดตามเอกสาร และสรุปรายงาน
ติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อติดตามข้อมูล ยืนยันนัดหมาย และตอบคำถามเบื้องต้น
สนับสนุนงานสัมมนา งานแสดงสินค้า และกิจกรรมของสาขา
งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับข้อ 1-5
ต้อนรับลูกค้าและผู้ติดต่อ รับโทรศัพท์ และประสานงานกับหัวหน้าสาขา
จัดทำใบเสนอราคาตามคำแนะนำหัวหน้าสาขา ติดตามเอกสาร และสรุปรายงาน

Qualifications
อายุ 21 ถึง 35 ปี
วุฒิ ปวส. ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
ใช้ Microsoft Excel และ Word ได้
สื่อสารและประสานงานได้ดี รักงานบริการ
เดินทางมาทำงานที่สาขาสมุทรสาครได้สะดวก
มีประสบการณ์งานธุรการ งานขาย หรืองานบริการลูกค้า จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ไม่มีประสบการณ์ยินดีรับพิจารณา)
ดูแล เอกสารค่าใช้จ่ายและเอกสารงานขายถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน ส่งตรงเวลา
รายงานกิจกรรมการขายส่งตามกำหนดทุกสัปดาห์และทุกเดือน
