Responsibilities
- ตอบคำถามลูกค้า ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำสินค้าและโปรโมชั่น พร้อมปิดการขายในทุกแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์
- ควบคุมมาตรฐานการตอบข้อความให้ถูกต้องทั้งภาษาไทย–อังกฤษ และรักษา Response Time / Customer Satisfaction ตาม KPI
- ดูแลภาพรวมด้านบริการหลังการขาย โดยดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า รวบรวมคำติชมรายงานแก่ผู้บังคับบัญชา
- รับเรื่องเคลมสินค้า ติดตามปัญหา ประสานงานกับลูกค้า คลังสินค้าและฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องจนจบกระบวนการ
- ให้ข้อมูลเอกสาร เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี และประสานงานกับฝ่ายบัญชีเมื่อต้องออกหรือส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้า
- อัปเดตข้อมูลสินค้า รายละเอียด รูปภาพ ราคา โปรโมชั่น ให้เป็นปัจจุบันเสมอ และตรวจสอบสต๊อกสินค้าให้ถูกต้องเพียงพอต่อการขาย
- เปิด PO ใบสั่งซื้อ รายการคืนสินค้า พร้อมสนับสนุนงานเอกสารและงานธุรการของทีม
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด, บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน ด้านธุรการขายออนไลน์, E-Commerce, แอดมินเพจ หรือ Customer Service น้อย 1-2 ปี
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรม Microsoft office เช่น Excel, Word และ Google Sheet ได้ดี
- สามารถพิมพ์สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้ถูกต้อง และภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร รักงานบริการ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่น และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
- มีความอดทนต่อแรงกดดัน และทำงานตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดได้
