Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the designated Food Service accounts.
- Develop and implement account plans, sales activities, and customer development programs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Conduct market visits and gather customer feedback, competitor information for business improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Home Economics, Food Science, Food Technology or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food Service Industry.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good command of English communication skills.
- Own vehicle and valid driving license.
