Responsibilities
- วางแผนพัฒนาพนักงานรายบุคคลหรือ IDP ของฝ่ายผลิต
- งานฝึกอบรมภายใน (In-House Training)
- งานฝึกอบรมภายนอก (Out-Side Training)
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรม QCC (กิจกรรมกลุ่มควบคุมคุณภาพ)
- วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรม Suggestion/Kaizen (ข้อเสนอแนะ)
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 22-25 ปี ประสบการณ์ 0-3 ปี (เพศชายผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิชาบริหารทรัพยากรนุษย์, การจัดการอุตสาหกรรม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหรือกิจกรรม QCC/Suggestion จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและติดต่อประสานงาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบและละเอียดรอบคอบ
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานเป็นทีมที่ดี
