Responsibilities

Job Summary
    We are seeking an energetic and sales-driven B2B Sales Executive to expand business opportunities and achieve sales targets in the corporate and promotional products market. This role is responsible for developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and managing sales projects from customer inquiry to product delivery.
    The ideal candidate should possess strong sales, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions, including company products and OEM/customized projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales planning and customer management.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities, corporate clients, and potential customers to expand the customer base.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
4. Conduct sales visits, client meetings, product presentations, and business negotiations to close sales opportunities effectively.
5. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, promotional solutions, and customized/OEM product options.
6. Handle end-to-end sales processes, including customer inquiries, quotations, sampling, order coordination, production follow-up, and delivery management.
7. Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, and related teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
8. Monitor production status, delivery schedules, and customer requirements to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
9. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
10. Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer visit plans, sales forecasts, and activity updates for management review.
11. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and business opportunities.
12. Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and business development activities as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, key account management, promotional products, OEM business, FMCG, or related industries.
3. Experience in corporate gifting, premium products, customized products, or promotional item business would be an advantage.
4. Proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing new customer accounts.
5. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Good problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
7. Good command of spoken and written English.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
9. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
10. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong commitment to achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of B2B corporate clients would be an advantage.
• Experience in project-based sales or OEM/customized product environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
