Responsibilities

1. Manage key accounts on the Modern Trade channel to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
2. Develop account strategies and execution plans aligned with the company’s sales and channel strategies.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers such as Tops, The Mall and other modern retail partners.
4. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
5. Manage sales forecasting and ensure customer demand aligns with sales plans and inventory availability.
6. Negotiate commercial terms, promotions, sales activities, and merchandising opportunities with customers.
7. Coordinate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, and other related departments to ensure smooth business operations.
8. Provide product information, handle customer inquiries, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
9. Monitor account performance and prepare sales reports and performance analysis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management within the Modern Trade channel.
3. Experience managing key accounts such as Tops, The Mall or other modern retail chains is highly preferred.
4. Experience in Kitchenware, Glassware, Houseware, or related consumer products will be an advantage.
5. Strong sales, negotiation, and analytical skills.
6. Good communication and relationship-building skills.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Fair to good command of English communication.
9. Able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility.
10. Able to work overtime or participate in promotional events when required.
