Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of HR operations in compliance with company policies and Thai labor laws.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and HR-related documentation.
  • Handle the full employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
  • Prepare employment contracts, probation evaluations, warning letters, employment certificates, and other HR documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, HR database, and organization chart accurately and confidentially.
  • Manage monthly payroll accurately and on time, including attendance, overtime, leave records, commissions, allowances, tax calculations, and statutory deductions.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits, including Social Security, Provident Fund, Group Insurance, annual health check-up, and employee welfare programs.
  • Prepare and submit all HR-related statutory reports and documents, including Social Security, Personal Income Tax (PND.1, PND.1 Kor, 50 Tawi), and other government requirements.
  • Monitor attendance, leave administration, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Provide HR guidance to management regarding labor law, HR policies, and employee relations.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports for management.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and management.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and recruitment market research.
  • Manage recruitment channels and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate onboarding and new employee orientation.

Training Administration & HR Compliance

  • Coordinate mandatory training activities and maintain employee training records.
  • Prepare and submit annual training reports and related documentation to the Department of Skill Development (DSD).
  • Coordinate with external training providers when required.

Visa & Work Permit Administration

  • Handle Non-Immigrant Visa, Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and 90-day reporting for expatriate employees.
  • Coordinate with the Immigration Bureau, Department of Employment, and other relevant government authorities regarding expatriate employment.
  • Ensure all expatriate employment documentation complies with legal requirements.

General Affairs Oversight

  • Oversee and support General Affairs operations to ensure efficient office administration.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the GA team on administrative matters when necessary.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and government authorities on administrative and compliance matters.
  • Support company events, expatriate administration, and other cross-functional administrative activities as assigned.

Other Responsibilities

  • Support HR process improvement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong experience in Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Administration.
  • Hands-on experience in Visa & Work Permit administration for expatriates is required.
  • Good knowledge of Thai Labor Protection Act and other employment-related regulations.
  • Experience in payroll systems (B-Plus or equivalent) and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a multinational company, preferably with Korean management, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and service-minded.
