Responsibilities

Job Summary

    We are seeking a proactive, sales-driven, and results-oriented B2B Sales Assistant Manager to drive business growth in the corporate and promotional products market. The role is responsible for managing key customer accounts, expanding new business opportunities, achieving assigned sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
    This position will handle both company products and OEM/customized projects for corporate clients, requiring strong sales, negotiation, account management, and project coordination skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
2. Identify and develop new business opportunities, corporate clients, and key accounts to expand the customer base and generate revenue growth.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and long-term business partnerships.
4. Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and business negotiations to close sales opportunities effectively.
5. Handle end-to-end sales processes for both company products and OEM/customized projects, including customer inquiries, quotations, product presentations, sampling, order coordination, production follow-up, and delivery management.
6. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, promotional solutions, and customized product options.
7. Coordinate with internal departments such as sourcing, production, warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery.
8. Monitor project timelines, production status, and customer requirements to ensure service quality and operational efficiency.
9. Prepare quotations, sales reports, sales forecasts, customer analysis, and presentations for management review.
10. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project details with customers to support sales growth and profitability.
11. Handle customer issues, complaints, and operational challenges professionally and efficiently.
12. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
13. Assist in supervising, coaching, and supporting junior sales staff or sales coordinators.
14. Participate in exhibitions, sales events, and other business development activities as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, key account management, business development, OEM business, promotional products, FMCG, or related industries.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities.
4. Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, premium products, or OEM/customized product business would be an advantage.
5. Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
6. Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
7. Good project coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
8. Good command of spoken and written English.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
10. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
11. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong teamwork spirit.

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of B2B corporate clients would be an advantage.
• Experience working in project-based sales or customized product environments.
• Experience handling OEM or made-to-order product projects.
