Responsibilities
- ปรุงอาหารไทยให้ได้รสชาติและคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด (ฮาลาล)
- ควบคุมคุณภาพและความสดใหม่ของวัตถุดิบอาหารไทย รวมถึงตรวจสอบความสวยงามและการจัดจานก่อนเสิร์ฟ
- ตรวจสอบและบริหารจัดการสต็อกวัตถุดิบอาหารไทยด้วยระบบ FIFO
- จัดทำรายการสั่งซื้อวัตถุดิบให้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการในแต่ละวันและสัปดาห์
- ควบคุมต้นทุนอาหารและลดการสูญเสียภายในครัว
- ดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ปรุงอาหาร อุปกรณ์เครื่องครัว และสุขอนามัยส่วนบุคคลตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร
- ควบคุมดูแลและสอนงานผู้ช่วยกุ๊กหรือพนักงานในครัวไทยฮาลาล
- จัดทำตารางการทำงาน กะการทำงาน และกระจายหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบภายในครัว
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 – 45 ปี (ขึ้นอยู่กับโครงสร้างองค์กร)
- วุฒิการศึกษาด้านอาหาร โภชนาการ หรือมีประสบการณ์ตรงในสายงานครัวไทย
- มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งเชฟอาหารไทยฮาลาล หรือกุ๊กอาหารไทย อย่างน้อย 2 – 5 ปีขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์จากร้านอาหาร Fine Dining หรือโรงแรม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความชำนาญในการทำเครื่องแกงไทย น้ำพริก ซอสไทย และอาหารไทยฮาลาล
- มีความรู้เรื่องสุขอนามัยในครัวและการเก็บรักษาวัตถุดิบตามหลักศาสนาอิสลาม
- เป็นผู้ที่นับถือศาสนาอิสลาม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีภาวะผู้นำและสามารถทำงานภายใต้สภาวะกดดันได้ดี
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
