Responsibilities

ตำแหน่ง ช่างประจำอาคาร (คอนโดมิเนียมในเมืองทองธานี)

1.ควบคุมระบบ การใช้อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักรที่ติดตั้งภายในอาคาร

2.ตรวจสอบ ซ่อมแซม และบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ภายในอาคาร
3.จัดทำรายงาน บันทึกการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษา
4.บันทึกการใช้เครื่องจักร สาธารณูปโภคในอาคาร และระบบประกอบอาคาร
5.ฝึกซ้อมและเตรียมความพร้อม เมื่อเกิดเหตุฉุกเฉินในอาคาร

Qualifications

ตำแหน่ง ช่างประจำอาคาร

1. วุฒิปวช หรือปวส.สาขาไฟฟ้า และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2.มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในระบบพื้นฐานไฟฟ้าในอาคาร

3.มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในงานช่างอาคาร

4.ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว

*มีใบรับรอง ช่างไฟฟ้าในอาคาร (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
