Responsibilities

To support the Restaurant Manager in direct control, and coordinate all Restaurant activities, ensuring the smooth running of the outlet, the outlet meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
To direct and control all subordinate staff to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and that guest expectations are met.
To ensure the high standard and ensure of best quality services of food and beverage.

Qualifications

Good Thai and English, or Chinese language skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of individuals.
Sound administrative ability.
Able to handle a demanding workload.
Ability to work with a personal computer.
Proven track record in a hotel of similar standard in a similar capacity in Asia/Pacific
