Responsibilities

ตำแหน่ง ผู้จัดการอาคาร

1. ควบคุม ดูแลการดำเนินงานด้านบริหารอาคารชุด ตามมาตรฐานและกฏหมายพรบ.อาคารเเละนิติบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. ควบคุม ดูแลพนักงานประจำ และพนักงานชั่วคราว (Outsource) ตามเงื่อนไขสัญญาผู้ว่าจ้าง เช่นพ่อบ้าน เเม่บ้าน คนสวน

3. ดูแล ปรับปรุง และวางแผน ในการพัฒนาด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายในอาคารที่ดี

4. ดำเนินงานจัดจ้างจัดซื้อ และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

5. เตรียมการประชุม และดำเนินการประชุมประจำปี ให้สำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี

6.ดำเนินงานบริหารจัดการอาคารชุด โดยอยู่ในกรอบของพระราชบัญญัติอาคารชุด ควบคุมตรวจสอบการบริหารจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและการบริการให้กับเจ้าของร่วม/ผู้เช่า/ผู้พักอาศัย และลูกค้าผู้มาติดต่อ

Qualifications

ตำแหน่ง ผู้จัดการอาคาร

1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 25-35 ปี

2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ ,การจัดการ หรืออื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน เช่น ผู้จัดการอาคารชุด / ผู้จัดการที่อยู่อาศัย / ผู้จัดการสำนักงาน อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี

3. มีความรู้ ในงานบริหารนิติบุคคล อาคารชุด

4. มีความรู้ด้านโปรแกรม Word ,Excel ,Power point เป็นอย่างดี

5. มีความรับผิดชอบ ความอดทนสูง แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี

6. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีใจรักในงานบริการลูกค้า
