Job Description

ธุรกิจอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (นิติบุคคล)

•รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ (Requirement) จากหน่วยงานต่างๆ

•แปลงความต้องการทางธุรกิจเป็นแนวทางพัฒนาระบบ (System Solution)

•จัดทำเอกสาร เช่น Business Requirement Document (BRD) และ Functional Specification

•ประสานงานระหว่างทีม Business และทีมพัฒนา (Developer)

•ติดตามความคืบหน้าของโครงการและสนับสนุนการดำเนินงาน

•วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาการใช้งานระบบ (Troubleshooting)

•สนับสนุนผู้ใช้งาน (End User Support)

Qualifications

Job Specification

1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาIT(เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ) บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

2. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Business Analyst หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง 1–3 ปี

3. มีพื้นฐานด้าน SQL และเข้าใจระบบฐานข้อมูล

4. มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การแก้ปัญหา และการสื่อสารที่ดี

5. สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมและประสานงานข้ามฝ่ายได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
