Responsibilities
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อให้แผนการตลาดเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
- จัดทำสื่อฯ (In-house) และการประชาสัมพันธ์โดยผ่านช่องทางต่างๆ เพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ให้แก่กลุ่มเป้าหมายในการทราบถึงตราสินค้า, โปรโมชั่นและสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีให้แก่ร้านอาหารในเครือ
- ดำเนินการจัดทาการเก็บข้อมูลหลังการใช้บริการของลูกค้า เพื่อนามาวิเคราะห์ให้เห็นภาพรวมของร้านอาหาร และ นาข้อมูลที่ได้รับนาเสนอเพื่อนาไปปรับปรุงและพัฒนา
- ดำเนินการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก ได้แก่ พันธมิตรทางการค้าจากองค์กรต่างๆ ในการทากิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาด (Co-Promotion) ด้วยการสร้างช่องทางการติดต่อและติดตามผลตามกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการตลาดที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สนับสนุนแผนการตลาดที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ การตลาดเพื่อให้เข้าถึงกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ตามแผนและระยะเวลาที่กาหนดไว้
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 24 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ในสาขาวิชาการตลาดหรือสาขาสื่อสารมวลชน, สาขาโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์
- มีประสบการณ์ในตาแหน่ง Marketing 1 - 3 ปี
- ต้องมีความรู้ในเรื่องการตลาดเบื้องต้น อาทิ ความคิดริเริ่มด้านการตลาด, การวิเคราะห์ตลาดและการวิเคราะห์พฤติกรรมของลูกค้า, การวิจัยตลาด, ทักษะการสื่อสารการตลาด
- มีทักษะในเรื่องมีความเชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมMicro Softได้ดี (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี
