Responsibilities
- จัดเตรียมและชงเครื่องดื่มประเภทกาแฟและไม่ใช่กาแฟตามสูตรมาตรฐานของร้าน
- ดูแลความสะอาดของอุปกรณ์และพื้นที่บาร์เครื่องดื่มให้ถูกสุขลักษณะอยู่เสมอ
- บริหารจัดการสต็อกวัตถุดิบและแจ้งยอดเพื่อสั่งซื้อเพิ่มเติม
- ให้บริการลูกค้า รับออเดอร์ และแนะนำเครื่องดื่มต่างๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรฐานการบริการของร้าน เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริการ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเป็นบาริสต้า 1-2 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับกาแฟและเทคนิคการชงเครื่องดื่ม
- ทักษะการสื่อสารและบริการลูกค้าที่ดีเยี่ยม
- ความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและทำงานเป็นทีม
- มีความรับผิดชอบและใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- หากมีประสบการณ์จากร้านกาแฟพรีเมียม จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
